The restoration work was completed in the first half of 2011, this work included all of the legal building modernisation safety requirements.

The current owners of the Villa have incorporated the latest engineering systems with the intention of providing the highest standards and comforts possible whilst at the same time respecting the existing structure of the building,  the environmental impact  and energy effiency.
